Gorsuch’s writings and scholarship praising originalism and textualism and adherence to the rule of law are extensive. Besides, Ann Coulter likes him, and she’s my North Star when it comes to judicial nominations ;)
Nothing in his rulings have indicated anything other than a judge who follows the law

Don't know whether you were saying that in a snarky way or not. Gorsuch made a CORRECT legal ruling as I understand. And “nobody died in the making of this ruling”.
I think I read that he ruled in some case that the government executive can downsize government staffing levels without needing legislative approval. This type of thinking will come in handy when the Trump administration eliminates the employment of hundreds of thousands of unneeded government bureaucrats. The state unemployment bureaus await the influx.
