FLASH! Included is an important update concerning the CNN transcript of that Inside Politics edition:

UPDATE: The CNN transcripts sent the Susan Rice segment of the April 4 Inside Politics down the memory hole as you can see here. The transcript of every edition of Inside Politics is divided into two segments, noon to 12:30 and 12:30 to 1:00 P.M.. The one very notable exception was the April 4 transcript which only had the 12:30 to 1:00 P.M. segment. The Susan Rice discussion ended just before 12:30 so it was not included in the April 4 CNN transcript.

CNN must have realized after reading the above update that it got caught in their transcript tampering. Here is a second update in the story:

UPDATE 2: CNN finally included the 12:00 to 12:30 segment of the April 4 transcript. However, you can tell it was only recently added on (in response to my previous update?) because that segment appears second whereas in all other CNN transcripts that segment appears first as you can see here. (I now pause to give the CNN transcript guy the opportunity to rearrange it so appears normal.)
