‘FAKE NEWS BAN’ California Attacks the First Amendment

The bill wont go anywhere and even if it does the courts won't uphold it. However, it does highlight the disdain leftists have for free speech.

Personally, I love me some fake news. Sometimes it's just funny. Other times it's fun to watch the people who fall for it. Not to mention, much of what is considered legitimate news is actually fake news.

Even if there were no fake news stupid people would not magically become smart. Half of people are less than average IQ and average IQ is nothing to write home about. The best we can hope for is guiding the people's natural instinct for self preservation toward the more positive results of conservative governance. Otherwise the left will win with their message of free stuff.
