Ping...
It’s a big club and you ain’t in it. - George Carlin
Drain the GOPe first.
Guess that is up to WE the American People and OUR VOTE...
All Republicans need to do is pass a bill that requires all elected federal officials and employees to drop their Health Car plans and enroll in Obamacare and they will have all the cooperation they would like from both sides of the aisle.
Sounds good, but if you read the complete article, you know that will never happen...
We need about 200 more Freedom Caucus reps and 50 more Freedom Caucus senators vto get a pure bill through to President Cruz
True. As Obamacare fails, will voters blame the Democrats who created it and vote in more Republicans? Or will they blame Republicans, especially the Freedom Caucus members for screwing up the chance to repeal and replace?
I guess we’ll be finding out in about 18 months...
I agree force them like they forced the american people into crap care, give it to them and thier families and you will see how fast it is layed to rest
The Freedom Caucus is part of the big club. They complained loudly and offered bills when it was impossible to pass, but when Trump gave them an opportunity, they sabatoged the plan.
RINOs exist because they come from moderate districts. If you “drain” them...then you give Congress back to the Dems. Most of the country isn’t hardcore conservative.
Thad Cochran, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, John McCain, Paul Ryan, Jeb Bush, Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, John Kasich, Marco Rubio and Ben Sasse.
Also, the footmen for them: Glenn Beck, Michael Berry, Dana Loesch, Steve Deace, Charlie Sykes, Brent Bozell, Jay Caruso, Erick Erickson, Jon Gabriel, David French, Jonah Goldberg, Robert Kagan, Matt Kibbe, Bill Kristol, David McIntosh, Katie Pavlich, Jennifer Rubin and Brad Thor, Megyn Kelly.
There was no repeal, there was no replace, it was just rearranging of Obamacare.
Same group I’ve been calling the Cheap Labor Express.
Call it that if you wish, but perception becomes reality and I think we both know how it’s going to be spun by the (dishonest) media.
Few member of Congress much less members of the Freedom Caucus have the personality of a Trump to explain and get voters to actually think.
Really? So you mean to tell me the freedom caucus is demanding the bill that was continuously run up to Obama that was continuously rejected was “big club?” They passed that bill continuously. So why wasn’t that bill sent up for President Trump to sign?
This isn’t about a “person” as personality cultists would have it. It isn’t about “my guy needs to win and if he doesn’t you’re all anti this and anti that.” Blasting this disaster is the best thing that could have happened for our Country. Rewriting a bill that does NOTHING and that is still an unconstitutional bill is as conservative as you can get.
Reagan fought a dishonest media and still got his agenda through. Even with majority Democrats
What I find missing in the current debate on RyanCare and the debate in 2009 on ObamaCare is a simple question.
Who are the people who actually wrote this legislation?
For certain we know our elected Representatives and Senators did not write any of the words. (Pelosi said they needed to pass it so the Congress Critters knew what was in it)
We also know for certain that healthcare consumers (aka we the people) did not write any of the words. (Consumers have seen their insurance costs double under ObamaCare)
So who wrote the words?
Did the Health Insurance Industry write RyanCare or ObamaCare?
Or was it the AMA, pharma, hospitals, trial lawyers, government bureaucrats?
