Looks like Trump has appealed the Maryland courts insanity. The Forth Circuit will almost certainly overturn this.
I’m wondering how that affects the HI case since they are both based on religion.

I have to say this quite often: They are not stupid. Rather, they are counting on the american people being stupid. People being people, I don't believe we can say they are all any one thing. Gruber Nation is definitely stupid.

You make a good distinction, one that furthers my point.
Terrorists hiding amongst members of a particular religion are perpetrating a similar crime and therefore don’t have the protection of the First Amendment.
Even if they’re citizens on American soil.
