But now we need to parse words and split hairs because it is important to be precise.

First the Google “Cyber Security” outfit working for the DNC had to invent the “Russian hacking” story - though they could show no foundation for it. Then with that “evidence” the deep state could listen to communications with the Russians and anyone connected to Trump in any way. The entire affair is a deep state created “intelligence” crisis. Wikileaks is hanging them on their own petard.
