Fire them and imprison them. Don’t “scold them.” Don’t lecture them. Don’t make them take ethics classes. Charge them with contempt of court and throw them in jail for 6 months.

Two choices

1) You put them in a rubber room. No computer, no phones, no newspapers, no books. Nothing. You document everything. If they’re late you write them up. You make their lives hell, and make them quit.

2) Congress can change the civil service rules and fire them outright

You are correct in that in the federal government Seniority determines who stays and who goes.

I would guess the Uncivil Rights Division inside the Injustice Dept has got to be the most corrupt, vile, nest of shakedown artists anywhere in the swamp, with the possible exceptions of the nest of vipers in the EPA.

These are nothing more than highly paid, institutionalized, community agitators.

I’m a Texan and I, too, “pine for the days of literacy tests”.

What we have today is the opposite of “a fully informed electorate”.

There are plenty of lawyers to hire, plenty of conservative ones who know how to read and follow that yellowed old document called the Constitution.

If you can’t fire them, demote them to the lowest level possible with commensurate compensation in the most remote location. Give them open offices with no cubicles, old government furniture and garbage casework and when they don’t do the work, keep the records for the eventual firing.

Or, change the rules and fire them.

Please Secretary Sessions, get rid of these people today.

“May not be possible to fire, but it is very possible to make their workday so unpleasant by giving them such mind numbing tasks they will walk voluntarily

Congress has reactivated the Holman Rule. This allows congress to cut the salary of individual, troublesome bureaucrats to $1.

“the lawyers hired into the Civil Rights Division were committed leftists”

One of the very best things that Trump and Sessions could do, after building a border wall and deporting millions of invaders, is to shut down the “Civil Rights Division”, which is nothing more than an enforcement arm for the SPLC.

They are many ways to make these terms squirm. Ethics complaints to the bar, investigations of bias, perjury might get his law license revoked or fines and reprimands. His yearly performance review won’t be so good.

These scumbags will spend more time hanging on to their job than promoting the communist agenda.

“It may be nearly impossible to actually “fire” them because of civil service rules....BUT a massive downsizing of their division along with an accompanying Reduction in Force (RIF) could get rid of most of them.”

Excellent idea. RIF them all, except for one person to answer the phone.

I agree, the SPLC and the DOJ CRD are birds of a feather.

I am not surprised by this. Do you think the best and brightest graduates of the university lawyer factories apply for goobermint jobs at the DOJ? Hardly. Over the past 8 years I am sure that the DOJ hired only the ones who were affirmatively active - if you know what I mean - and I doubt if any of then were in the upper third of their graduating classes.

Thanks for the ping. If they can’t be fired, maybe they could be transferred to a newly-created division with no power to do anything.
