Are you then okay with Christians being persecuted and killed in countries that weren't built on Christian values... China, most of the Middle East and North Africa, etc? They probably also view Christianity as an assault on the bedrock of their countries, and certainly in the case of Communist countries, Christianity IS a threat.

Do atheists and Satanists do this in non-Christian countries? I don't recall ever seeing a story like this from India, Japan, or elsewhere in the Hindu or Buddhist world. And it's unthinkable in the Muslim world; we'd have heard about it, and there would have been no survivors.

A tentative thought is that perhaps this happens only in Christian countries -- which would be a testament to the truth of Christianity. Satan knows who his enemy is.
