Four states suing to block Trump's new travel ban...

I know one of them was HI, but I came to this thread repeating in my head "Please not my state! Please not my state! ...."... but sure enough, it includes my state. Maura Healey turning out to be a tyrant here.

We have been in a cold CWII since the 2000 election. 16 years later though it is rapidly getting hot.

Maybe Sessions will assign a more capable team to argue the case.

If Sessions has a set, he will announce that no DOJ Attorney will be available for this show trial. The SCOTUS has original jurisdiction not these inferior courts. The POTUS is fully within his legal rights to handle immigration issues and will not tolerate these rouge courts. That's if he has a set. I'm no longer convinced. I'm willing to be so convinced.

I have to say that that crossed my mind when I posted. It did not start with this election and AT LEAST goes back to 2008. But the nonsensical “selected, not elected” mantra does go back to 2008.

I am sick of these people caring more about those in other countries than those in his own country. They use our money against us. They never use their money for this mess.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman (D), Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum (D) and Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey (D) will join Washington in challenging the new ban.

The new strategy, should come to no one's surprise.
