Interesting to me is that Republicans are so disinterested in employing a Congressional panel to investigate these yahoos right back.
In fact, there were a handful of “highly principled” Republicans eager to show their gallantry before cameras that Trump *should* be investigated. Always eager to eat their own, even a patriot Republican president.

A cardinal rule of the Obama Administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice. As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false. The cardinal rule of the Obama administration was to ensure maximum possible plausible deniability for Obama and other high WH officials concerning any shady or illegal activities.
