I looked up the docket on PACER. This is definitely not “fake news”. This matter is a libel/slander action undertaken by a woman how was called a liar for accusing Epstein of abusing her sexually when she was underage. The court in the NYSD has adopted an unusual policy of allowing all of the parties to self-designate what pleadings that they wish to file “under seal” (not available to the public), something that you normally have to request special permission of the court to do. Of course, lawyers being lawyers — now virtually every pleading has been filed under seal. Cernovich has filed a motion to intervene in the case and to undo most of the “under seal” pleadings, citing the public’s interest in the matter. The court heard his motion to intervene on February 15th, but has not yet ruled on the motion. Until the court rules on his motion to intervene, he’s not a party to the litigation.

Is Epstein now trying to bring Chernovich in as a monetary counter-defendant?
With all respect to Mr. Chernovich, one should not get involved in a legal action unless one already has the funds to cover any reasonably expected pre and post-verdict expense.
I dislike the Times, but such a motion would have a lot more horsepower if something such as it had filed the motion to intervene.
Also, what needs to be LEGALLY protected here? Is the P seeking damages without revealing her identity? Are there other underage players, such as females who would need to be protected. If so, then let’s have pleadings with Jane Doe, Jane, Roe, Jane Moe, etc.
Are there the reported movie stars or UK royalty involved? If so, that’s tough.

Siemans girlfriend was indeed murdered however:
she was a philanthropist who sometimes enjoyed attempting to save drug addicts.
the recent consensus view is that she was probably murdered by someone who had been to her house before, a person whom she was trying to help.
Cernovich is a twitter attention whore, wrote a book called Gorilla Mindset that did pretty good. He hitched himself to the Trump train. Now he thinks he’s the center of the Republican universe.
Thinks he’s the smartest person in the world but he’s nowhere as bright as he thinks he is. Consider this; He brags that he never washes his hair and how great it looks because he discovered washing your hair is unhealthy. But his hair always looks greasy and flat.
He doesn’t say he doesn’t wash his hair. He says shampoo is unnecessary.
If you can’t get that right...
