They could dare to try impeachment, but the backlash would be more than epic from Trump supporters, especially for Trump trying to cut fraud and waste coming from DC and seen as a frivolous excuse to take Trump down by his enemies.
Oh, the wailing and the gnashing of teeth that will occur. Meanwhile, nobody in the media said a word when Obama failed to give a COLA to Social Security recipients and federal and postal retirees for three of the eight years of his Presidency. I did much better under President Bush, we always got a COLA, and under Bush, we got measurable interest rates on our CD’s. Obama always had money to give to illegals and other countries but forgot about the average American.
Of course. But I’m still left trying to know why Trump can’t simply embargo allocated funding. I seem to remember Reagan tried it, but I don’t recall the upshot.
Seriously, had the State Department not run amok unsupervised for decades and without budget oversight, it would not have been so attractive to the non-sexual half of the Clinton Criminal couple, and we might have been spared the Ugly Fat Criminal's rise to power; we might have been spared the nightmare of Hillary entirely.
Just ask the new Secretary of State what he thinks...
