This will be the fatal blow to Mexifornia. It will be delightful to watch the liberal jugheads legislate their own demise.
The only reason that I can see for them going this route is that they know it will fail and look to the US Taxpayer to bail them out. Remember President Ford's answer to New York? President, (boy do I love typing that) President Trump will not be as kind in his wording of the refusal.

Well .. it’s looking more and more likely that I will be trying to move .. can’t stay here .. and I have family in a better location.
I love San Diego .. but I can see the writing on the wall .. Gov Brown was already here several times, trying to get our Mayor to implement the EXTREME “Global Warming” garbage. If that happens, San Diego will cease to be the garden spot that it is currently.
