That’s a big thing . I see Vice President Pence as the best Vice Presidents I have seen since I started voting in 1979.
My boss would still fire me for that. It’s a job expectation and standard.. heck I’m just a regular hourly Jane employee, not a high level official.
This was definitely a bad deal all around. F’n Dems and GOPe. They all suck hugely.
Mark Levin made a good point- WHERE WAS PENCE in standing up for this man?
He should have gone on TV and said Flynn is a National Hero and NOT a liar.
translation: Comey REALLY doesn’t want Trump to fire him.
There are ALWAYS Russian ships parked off shore- it’s international waters.
They just were never mentioned under Odumbass
Yup. That is the bottom line.
He lied to Pence. He admitted as much in his resignation letter. That left Trump with no choice.
Had he not done that I’m sure Trump would have stood behind him and told the Deep State to cram it. He’d be in his post today.
He violated protocol. Not every wrong thing is a crime. More trustworthy support for Trump is fitting.
^%%^%^%^%^%%^%^%^%^%^%%^%^%^%^%^%^%
Salient point worth repeating. Trump needs someone 100% committed to the truth and 100% supporting him.
When the NSA says “Let the bodies hit the floor”, you need to darn tootin’ clear he means what he says and isn’t ticklin’ yer ear.
There, fixed it in honor of one of our lesser VPs.
You are right. Flynn had to be axed for pulling a stunt that would have gone unnoticed in the previous administration. Now that Flynn is exonerated, can't wait for the press to start berating President Trump for firing an innocent man. (Lying is no offense in their Catechism.)
Your pastor’s words do not win accolades or deserve merit, imo
Millions of us have absolute clarity who President Trump is and our hearts are overjoyed.
Your pastor appears confused......he needs guidance
The dogs are barking at all of Trump’s inner circle.
Except for one man.
Think about it.
Not every wrong thing is a crime.

It only is when the target is a Republican. /sarc
It only matters from the perspective of future prosecution of Mike Flynn, who happens to be one of the finest and most loyal and decent men I’ve ever known. Did he lie? I don’t know, but I seriously doubt it. I haven’t heard a single person that I believe, i.e., not a Democratic politician and not the media, say that he lied.
As for his political affiliation, what does that matter? Flynn, like Zell Miller, has been a registered Democrat all his life, but then, Trump himself was a Democrat until recently and Flynn was one of Trump’s earliest and most fervent supporters.
And, as to going after a conservative, you can count on it. By the way, Mike Flynn is no liberal - not even close; he hates Obama and Hillary Clinton and everything they stand for.
You are correct. Did you see Sean Hannity’s interview of Congressman Devin Nunes (Chairman of the House intelligence committee) last night? I also spoke with Nunes, as well as Dutch Ruppersberger (a Democrat and former Chair/member of the House intelligence committee) last night and they agree; he should not have resigned/been fired.
“Apparently”... But Pence hasn’t said that, has he.
Oh really? They don’t know? EVERY single FBI agent holds a security clearance and is subject to a polygraph on demand. Strap ‘em down, hook ‘em to the box and let’s see who’s lying.
And that’s why Pence was such a popular governor of Indiana, a pretty conservative state. (He wasn’t, by the way; I’m being sarcastic.) I like Pence, but he’s still a politician.
Perception is reality. Some on this thread argue that Flynn did not specifically lie. Maybe, maybe not. The important point is did Trump or Pence FEEL he lied to them. In their position, they cannot afford the slight hesitancy in answering that question.
I make sure that all of my civilian and military leadership KNOW that I am telling them the truth as I know it, and will not cover up for myself or anyone else.
I need a source for the first quote. Does anyone have it?
The FBI reviewed intercepts of communications between the Russian ambassador to the United States and retired Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn national security adviser to then-President-elect Trump but has not found any evidence of wrongdoing or illicit ties to the Russian government, U.S. officials said.
Yep
