President Trump can put out Executive Orders as fast as the Black Robed Democrats can put them on hold.And, ultimately, he can pardon whoever the judges try to punish for obeying his orders.
Trump needs to “go Andrew Jackson” on them.
My understanding is that the reason that Gorsuch is so popular among conservative jurists is that he’s been around long enough to leave a significant paper trail.
There are conservative legal organizations that make it their business to read the judges legal briefs over time.
Gorsuch’s trail of legal briefs showed him to be a tested conservative.
Presumably that’s the way the other judges will be chosen.
Trump has a list of them made up already that have been drawn up by conservative —meaning strict constructionist-—legal organizations.
