That sound you hear is Cornyn kissing up to the opposition. Good example for term limits.

Its fair to say the press and politicians have always had somewhat of an adversarial relationship, Cornyn said at a meeting of the Texas Hospital Association in Austin.... Where the hell was this guy the last eight years?

Thus spake Cornyn the Cuckservative.

One of those stupid “turn the other cheek” dopes that think taking it and “praying for their souls” is how you beat them.

Cornyn has been a suckup turncoat as long as I can remember. So, since I’m actually older than dirt, Cornyn has been there waaaaay past his usefullness; IF he ever actually had any.

Here we go. Another suck-up trying to get favorable press attention. Disgusting.

Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX): Press is healthy adversary, not opposition party Absolutely wrong. The "press" is basically blood family with the Democrat party. They are either blood related, or through marriage, but the "press" really is the Democrat party.

Why would someone refer to corrupt, scurillous behavior, that openly flaunts generally accepted professional standards, as “healthy”? Cronyn and the main-stream press: birds of a feather.

In the media bubble of Washington D.C. the impression that the press is the watchdog for freedom is the perception. This insulation is a strategy to keep our representatives out of touch with what is really happening.

Cornyn is a GOPe. When the press colludes with the Hillary campaign, protects the Dem president by withholding negative information or minimizing that information and hypes fake news, they the media is the opposition party. Cornyn doesn’t seem to be very smart.
