If I was the fireman responding to that call I fear that the valve on my hose would have frozen shut and,as a result,all I could do was empty the 6 ounce water bottle I had on him.

The man appears to not have suffered serious injuries from the fire. NBC News cameras showed what appeared to be a pile of clothes ablaze in the middle of the street.

If you want to set yourself properly on fire, don't remove clothing first!
