Only in Santa Cruz but as we all predicted decades ago - give the Marxist Leftists an inch and they take a mile.

Paedophilia, Beastiity and whatever else you can think of is just right around the corner. Pray for DJT

There have always been genetic anomalies. I suspect that 99.99999% of those seeking outlier ‘genders’ are either XX or XY. And they cannot change their genotype by altering their phenotype. (And those ‘transitioning’ from male to female should be aware that there is not one man that has been successful at looking like a woman.....ever) The most destructive thing that the Obama Admin has done to our culture is promoting the phallacy that you can ‘change your gender’.

The situation being described here is “birth defect”... there are many types that do not include deformed genitalia as well.

For the leftist whackjobs and their media lickspittles to pretend this is in some way justification for the non-binary mental disease is ridiculous.

Intersex cases are very rare, but have always happened. This is very different from a boy waking up one day and deciding he wants to be a girl.

No wonder this poor man is confused-his father denied him the appearance of the sex his DNA proved HE is-male...

HIS DNA says he was born a male-and that is what surgery should have been done to make HIS appearance that of a normal male, same as his DNA-nature isn’t perfect-accidents can happen to a baby in utero that cause deformation and other problems, including ambiguous or incorrect sex organs-but DNA does not lie-and it says everyone is either a male or a female-not intersex, transgender, or whatever other fictional term people can invent...

This is a very rare genetic anomaly which should not serve as a basis for any policymaking.

“the phallacy that you can ‘change your gender’.

Now that is a great double entendre/Freudian slip!

Thought it was probably a double entendre-fallacy/phallacy as in phallus...

India has an excuse for this - a million eunuchs so they now have a eunuch category.
The US doesn’t.

The repeated assaults on Christianity, disguised as “civil rights” or some other kind of right, fail on both intellectual and moral grounds.

Morally they fail to the extent that they rebel against God.

Intellectually, it fails because any disruption in God’s original plan (such as genetic or phenotypic anomalies as in this case) do not contradict the Bible.

The Bible tells us the world has been distorted, due to what happened in Genesis chapter 3.

I live in Santa Cruz County but tell people I live in a small town (Soquel) in Santa Cruz County. I don’t want anything to do with Santa Cruz. One of these days I’ll move out of California.

My cousin had a baby that was born with both genitalia. The baby had many health issues and died at 18 months.

Thank you. That was a while ago, but whenever you lose your little baby the hurt never goes away!

My parents lost an infant son many years ago. It’s true that peace may be found, but the loss never goes away.

The various conditions are rare, but not very rare.
Very rare would be something like Town’s Syndrome.

As noted before, this isn’t the same thing as a dude deciding he’s a chick.
