I think a major reason why Libtard talk radio in general isn’t very successful as compared to conservative talk radio is that Libtards aren’t interested in listening to the thoughts of others or to exchanges of ideas.
Why?
BECAUSE THEY ALREADY KNOW EVERYTHING!
If Libtard talk radio can’t make it in Ithaca, “The Belly Of The Beast”, they might as well give up.
Usually I noticed the same advertisers who run ads on Conservative talk shows also were running them on Liberal talk shows.
But all of the Libs were already boycotting them for sponsoring the Conservative shows.

If liberalism is allegedly so popular and mainstream, then why does liberal talk radio consistently draw microscopic radio ratings compared to established shows by Rush, Hannity etc???
I’m sure on some level liberals will say its not fair that liberal talk radio can’t seem to survive in the capitalist world of radio.
Because the Liberals are great speech makers, and in talk radio you get call feedback, and have to answer challenging questions they don't want to get. -tom
Wow. Good ol conservative talk radio has kept the AM band alive. I wonder if AM will eventually be replaced by all digital. It will happen, though. Same for FM — read the other day that Finland are getting rid of FM and replacing it with digital.
A: Because it's much more "intellectual and inclusive" sounding to say you listen to NPR, and they're subsidized by our tax $$$$. NPR is kind of like alternative energy programs. It wouldn't make it either without the government subsidies.
Because libs cannot win debates and discussion on the merits - which is why they prefer to lecture from a mic at an awards ceremony or play as nobody can respond with common sense thus rendering the lefty foolish and ill-informed and probably also a liar and hypocrite.
Plus being a leftist is no fun.
Their entire life is made up of what one can’t do, shouldn’t do, won’t do.
Too hard, too risky or it’s going to hurt the environment.
Theirs is a code of fear and nihilism.
Who wants to TALK about that, let alone listen?
Here in Los Angeles they have no real oldies station.
You know, music that sounds good.
K-Earth 101fm plays music from the 80’s mostly now with some from the 70’s and none from the 50’, 60’s and what is played is terrible sounding, at least to me. They switch at the beginning of the year to another decade which makes it even worse.

So Alan Colmes has a talk radio show. I can’t recall that disgusting person on FOX New in quite awhile. Did FOX come to their senses? Colmes never had an original thought in his life. His entire communications consisted of just reciting someone else’s talking points.
A: Because most listeners are people driving to and from work.
Boom! Exactly.
It was around 1988 when I first heard Alan Colmes announce his show was being cancelled due to pressure from a “powerful rightwing cabal”. Nothing’s changed.
Not even the lordly Mario Cuomo could keep his own show on the air, the one where any caller who uttered the word “liberal” was summarily cut off.
You know, music that sounds good.
