I do agree with the Dems on one thing, the medical insurance industry does need fixed in this country. It’s just that their solution was ridiculous. My question is why does medical insurance have to cover everything? What other insurance does this?

When you get car insurance, it does not cover your tuneups, tire replacement, inspections etc... It only kicks in when you have a large bill. Why can’t we have catastrophic health care insurance whereby if you go to the hospital or have to get multiple tests etc... your insurance covers it. If you are going for your yearly checkup, you pay for it. Seems to me, your health care costs would go down.

Also, in my plan now they cover sex change operations. I have no problems with people if they want to get a sex change. I’m a libertarian by nature. If that’s what you want, have at it. However, how is this preventative health care? I understand that one day I might get cancer and so I want health care that covers it. However, I know for a fact that I will not get a sex change, why am I forced to have a plan that covers that and drives up my rates?

Well, shoot, one can be an average income family of 3 or 4, with no preconditions, and the subsidy will pay 90% of the premium. Strictly speaking, under this system, it has to, as there’s no way that average family can afford the premiums.

The system is TOTALLY out of whack, and that’s not even considering the issue of care itself, which is going into the toilet, too.

What worries me is that, so far as we know, there IS NO Republican plane to replace Ophonybamacare!

Where? OH! Where have the Republicans been these past 8 years? Asleep at the healthcare switch, apparently!

By the time Ophonybama became President, LIEberals had spent 20 years + writing Ophonybamacare!

Ophonbamacare probably pre-dates Hillery-the-venomous-Harridan-care!

Surely, Republican Congressmen and Senators have an Ophonybamacare replacement program ready to roll out on Jan 20!

If not, SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

Did the Republicans expect to be in the minority forFReepingever?

I have heard several Congressmen say they are ready with a plan. But have not heard any publicity, or call for hearings on it. Trump early on laid out what he wants to see in the plan. Ryan need to get out in front on this and make it be known there is such a plan ready. Here is Trump’s idea: http://www.ajc.com/news/national/donald-trump-healthcare-plan-here-are-the-points/UzGfFFXWrL4YUgP67sTnjL/

Thank you, elpadre.

I liked what I read - Republicans had better produce a quality product in record time!

I am getting damn sick and tired of hearing “clown head” F. Chuckie Schumer rant and rave about Ophonybamacare and the need to keep it.

Plus, I am damn sick and tired of looking at the top of his head as he READS his puerile remarks!

I thought Tim Kaine was the male equivalent of a harridan when he was in the spotlight — F. Chuckie Schumer is one, also!
