It was a laptops. Laptops are NOT used to control the electrical grid.
Electrical grid controls are primarily Unix-based machinery and somewhat difficult to be hacked, but can be done.
Probably some employee on night shift used a company laptop to browse some Russian porn site and picked up a virus. Either that, or DHS planted it to make the news. It’s amazing how technically stupid libs are....it’s a mental disease. They need to be put back in the state mental institutions where they belong.
Either that, or give em a rifle and put em on the front lines in Syria fighting for ISIS against the Russians.
