Which begs the question, why hasn't any tax evasion conviction been overturned on that basis? If the law does in fact say "voluntary" that would seem to a no-brainer for a rookie attorney just out of law school.
If anyone reads up on what happens to people who dare to question wrt this, it is a real eye opener.
I feel profound grief over what the Feds did to Peter Schiff’s dad, how the whole legal process was so corrupt and perverted, it makes me ill just thinking about it.
Make no mistake, the legal mafia known as the Fed Gov’t is not going to allow any other outcome that to benefit itself, especially wrt revenue.
