IF winning depended on the popular vote. (As stated by
TRUMP himself.) Hillary ONLY wanted the states that TRUMP

Trump ran for the Electoral vote. Mrs Bill ran for the popular vote in the smug certainty that all the states that voted for Hussein would vote for her no matter what. If it were a strictly popular vote election Trump would have campaigned differently and Mrs Bill would not be at all assured of winning.
