Same here in Jersey. But only the "connected" seem to have enough or acceptable proof of the need. And that requirement is a clear violation of the second amendment. What do they fail to understand about the phrase "shall not be infringed"?
Only if enough of us simultaneously openly disobey such laws will they be dealt with as a priority. I'd do it myself if I could afford bail and attorney's fees, but I don't see the NRA, GOA or other gun rights folks offering to cover the costs of challenging unconstitutional state laws.
