Well....I guess you would think me in contempt. So be it.... Really?
You're "outraged," value "old growth," or both?

For one thing....I never exhibited "outrage" ..as you implied.
Secondly...I think...it's possible that the article was wrongly stating...it as a mature "public" tree...that the "public officials" decided to cut down....without public comment....
If you would like to go ahead..and continue. You have the floor.

What is your malfunction?Making specific statements, and asking relevant questions when those statements are blithely dismissed.
If you didn't want to talk about it, why respond to my post? I responded to yours to engage you in discussion.
That's what we do, here.

I never said you were outraged.
I asked which thing I stated were deserving of contempt were you identifying with.

I rest my case.....How? Are you not familiar with how a sentence ending is a "?" is a question. Statements end in "."s.

Wasn’t exactly a shrub, but wasn’t a stately cedar tree either - looked like a large fanned out series of smaller “trees” - might have been considered a “weed” and incongruous with whatever area it/they had resided in before the evil Trump came along and caused it to be exterminated.

The source, no doubt, of ugly sticks.
