Playing kind of loose with the definition of “huge” aren’t they? The only time I would consider crowds of 1000 or 400 “huge” would be if they were in reference to a Clinton political rally.
Add hog fat to that water but don't tell 'em until they are back on buses or driving home. Watch 'em jump around like fleas on a hot plate, stripping off their clothes.
Then bust 'em for public nudity.
Hell, you don't even have to do it - just say so. It will have the same effect. Then the authorities can say they were "misquoted".
[sidebar] Years back, when Italy was in turmoil, the authorities dyed the water red, then after the riot, arrested anyone who was marked. In the current situation, I like the hog fat method of identification.
