They don’t have anything other than speculation and innuendo to brief them with.

As for them refusing to show up this is where the House needs to grow a set and start cutting budgets in targeted areas to hurt these out of control bureaucrats. Who runs the government the 4th branch aka the bureaucrats or the people’s reps?

The heads of these agencies refusing to cooperate need to be subpenaed and if need be arrested and compelled to sit before the appropriate committees. This crap has to stop.
