Actually, this was my first thought when he was being considered. Even before the campaign got rolling, there were several times he was on Fox and Friends in the morning and I noticed a slower, less engaged Giuliani......very normal for a person his age, however.

I’m sad they couldn’t find a spot for Rudy that he wanted. He was such a great Trump supporter and he would have been a terrific addition.
