After the bizarre performance of the past several weeks, not just hinting at but actually trying to intervene to prevent Trump from becoming President, they all need to go down. Seriously, this isn’t playing around, this stuff. We laugh and mock, but it’s real, they’re really trying to do this thing.
It is a LEAK and not a HACK.
Its not illegal regardless of who is behind it. Whether its the russians or mickey mouse.
What about secretly recording and leaking a private conversation like pussygate?
How is this different than leaking private emails?

Did you read the emails back and forth on this between Podesta, his assistant and the IT guy at the DNC? It was too funny to read. Such incompetence.

And, the IT said not a bad idea for Podesta to change his email. He did NOT say to click the link to do it.
Also notice the sentence where the NYT includes as fact that it was Russian hackers. "...were unlocked for the Russian hackers."
The 62% that voted for Sanders in the primary, before the “Get out the vote” program hit the voting machines? Bill? Mike Obama? Some unnamed CIA staffer, who didn’t care until he read the inside scoop?
Interesting Hillary’s time on the Public stage started as a member of the Watergate Impeachment staff which was largely fueled by information from an FBI leaker.
Ironic if here career was ended by another FBI leaker.

You know...normally I would feel sympathy for this person, even going so far as to utter the words "damned spell-check" as we have all seen thousands of times, but...

To quote Senator Joseph McCarthy (a man I greatly admire as my FreepPage demonstrates) regarding the infiltration of communists in the US government, the espionage, and the treachery: "...This must be the product of a great conspiracy, a conspiracy on a scale so immense as to dwarf any previous such venture in the history of man. A conspiracy so black that, when it is finally exposed, it principals shall be forever deserving of the maledictions of all honest men..."
It was an ill advised quote by McCarthy in the time and place he gave that (the Senate floor) and the target (high level officials in the Roosevelt and Truman administrations including George Marshall) but it is fitting.
That is what we see today from the American Left, which is no different in many respects to the Left of McCarthy's time, and in far more respects, much worse.
