Absolutely. I have thought for a while that most of the “foreign hacking” has been dem operatives adding to their election databases or trying to tip an election.

Gee, “Russians” got all the login data for Yahoo and Amazon...how useful for the dem GOTV databases!

DHS is a rogue agency.

Under the infinitely broad definition of "homeland security" DHS can do whatever it wants, wherever it wants, to whomever it wants. It has unchecked powers, and an ever-expanding budget. No politician will vote to cut DHS funding or question the agency's activities. But someone needs to.
