He’s right about the need for a recount be statewide, if at all. The race is a statewide race. He’s also right that the judges love to cherry pick law to get their preferred outcome, so predicting what a court will do involves figuring out the judge’s preferred outcome. The statutes have nothing to do with the outcome, even though the judges will claim the statutes control.

I’ll be shocked if a court follows the law as he laid it out, holding no recount because the petitions were not timely filed.

The hearing today in PA was whether to do statewide recount.

What’s been going on are the piecemeal counts where Jill got enough people wanting recounts to request a recount.

its 95% recounted.

Milwaukee is recounted except for absentees, Madison & it’s county, and a handful of other counties.

Of tbe recounted counties, theres hardly any change as compared to election day totals.
