Before Trump’s election, there was a policy to allow hate and bullying? I think what they call hate and bullying is any overt celebration of Trump’s win. Its clear the lunatic left hates to lose and will destroy freedom to keep from hearing about their loss.

Hate speech to them is anything they hate to hear.

In California I would expect all the hate to be directed at Donald Trump and those who voted for him. Anything else is just a fabrication.

Zero-tolerance policies never work. They just set victims up for punishment when exercising their right to self-defense.
They do nothing to the bullies, who just ignore the rule.
It’s like Sheriff David Clark said, “The only people a gun free zone protects are the gunmen.”
Oh, yeah? Like the kids who get beaten senseless at school for supporting Trump? Gee, I thought the public schools have zero tolerance, anti bullying policies. And where were Lady Caca with her Born this Way foundation, Miley Cyrus and other a**hole celebrities who love to throw their star power behind such campaigns? They didn’t even pretend to reach out to those kids.
