You got to the bottom of NPR

My point I was attempting to raise is that the States own the public radio stations broadcasting the NPR programming

Were the republican Governors to take issue with the stations they own they could require nPR to go or to change. this is compounded if the Republican legislatures join the effort.

Although not uniform, the radio stations are commonly associated with state universities.

Don’t defund it...just put conservatives in there to run it. >>

it needs to be defunded and shut down as well as the National endowment for the arts... remember piss christ?

No, let them fund their own BS. If you just change who’s in charge, it will get changed back at the first opportunity.
