good chance we lose the Senate in 2022. Its not like the Republicans had a filibuster-proof Senate now. Always dicey picking SCOTUS justices anyway.

No filibuster on SCOTUS anymore, or soon. That isn’t the problem. The issue is we have 52 seats and can only afford 3 defections, and I don’t trust some of the RINOs.
