Small town of Newton polls opened at 8. A heavily Republican town, 51% voted Trump in the primary. I got there at 7:30 -- very long line waiting, at least 50 people. VERY busy, the folks at ballot tables said -- I was there till 10am, will go back at 6 pm -- expect Yuge numbers voting after work...

Working the polls in Manchester. Guy in charge says busiest he’s ever seen. Not happy about poll obsevers looking over shoulders on absentee ballot counters. From my view, lots of folks wearing red. Heavy number of republicans coming to my table. No one seems to have a problem with NH checking id’s.

A figure to watch closely tonight,if such a figure is even available,is the number of "same day registration" votes that were cast in southern cities/towns (Nashua/Salem/Portsmouth) and college towns (Durham,for example).
That figure will give an idea of how many illegal voters from Massachusetts showed up today.
