Couldn't have hurt, Her and Todd had great blue collar/UAW Union appeal IMHO, McCain could have appealed to anyone in Uniform, but either he or his team didn't even want to try. Rush used to say their are Conservatives that don't want "us" the type that are embarrass by "us" in their party, I suspect McCain is one who holds that stereotype while Trump embraces everyone but those that are here illegally or want to hurt us.

Evidently so.

The darn fool has already signed up for next year's Iron Dog. His partner this time will be his new SIL, Dakota Meyer.

I like Sarah a lot but please just don’t screw this up! She should probably just lay low at this point.

Why are you so afraid? Palin and Trump are almost identical in political ideology. Their political instincts and timing are quite good. You'll see.

Sounds like more of a get-acquainted Iron Dog run for Meyer. Think Todd will hold back? (Or as our President said yesterday, “Hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up”!)

Without possessing the Inside Baseball knowledge, one might reckon SP has slipped DJT a smidgen of advice or two during the past year or so.

I've had the same thoughts. Sarah has been in the background publicly for the most part but I do believe she has been right in the mix behind the scenes. It'll be fun to read the history of this election in the coming years.

Oh..... Do you remember when she went to NY to meet with him and they went out for Pizza? Ya think he'd might have started planning "all this" and picked her brain then ( and along the way like you mentioned )? He is a listener, he hires the best, talk to anyone who has met her, she is brilliant and her political instincts are insightful and far more tuned than she probably lets on.

Get advice? "You betcha".... ;-)

Never will forget their pizza dinner in NYC. I’ve surmised and imagined that he was going to support her if she decided to run in 2012 but that he was going to run in 2016 if she didn’t in 2012. Pure conjecture on my part.

...and it will be fun to buy the books one day to learn if anyone in Wasilla, Alaska had a role in helping to determine Trump’s 2016 campaign strategy. Perhaps no influence at all.

Introducing a highly polarizing figure extremely late in the game is risky. Trump is on a roll, there is NO NEED to have her that public; he got where he is without her.

Who is going to be swayed by Palin to vote for Trump? How many? Now how many women who might vote for Trump won’t because of Palin?

The risk/reward is nuts, plus the enemedia who successfully destroyed Palin, have just been given free ammunition.

I don’t care if he makes her Chief of Staff, do it later.

Not good. This is for her benefit, not his. Remember, it is the Independent undecided at stake, as well as getting people rallied to go vote. Palin may be popular to some, but not to all.

Definitely not good for Illary. Might we hear first what she has to say to those in Michigan and what happens before making the assertions you just did?

I personally love her but the media (and that loser bum McCain) have destroyed her. Trump doesn’t need to get the base excited.
