I wonder if he’s deep in debt...
DWI, domestic abuse. Not really a hard core violent criminal, for sure.
Has a daughter in the high school near the shootings. Police kicked him out of a high school football game a couple weeks ago after he harassed some black attendees and waved around a large Confederate battle flag.
Gave himself up to a DNR employee in a more rural area a few hours after the shootings.
