It's probably the most important Rut of my lifetime! At least I hope so.
We’ve decided on a Richard Harris marathon. “Man In The Wilderness”, “A Man Called Horse” and “The Return of A Man Called Horse”. LOL. The wife and I have been married too long. I don’t need a divorce now.
I am going to go to bed early and get a good nights sleep. At that point everything that can be done is done
Plan on going out to see the Jack Reacher movie. It will get me back home circa 10PM when the early returns are in for Pa. Trump carries Pa and I start the firework celebration.

Maybe a little TV. I shall probably be alone. If its not called by 1am, when I shall probably go to bed, then I’ll be waking up every 15-20 minutes to check the results. ;-)
My TV’s broken, so I’ll be exclusively on FR. Where else?
I’ll be doing the same thing that I did on Election Night of 1980: sitting in front of the TV with a bag of pretzel rods, a bunch of malted balls, and a bunch of cold beer (well, I was in college at the time). Differences: TV will be bigger, there are more channels full of Leftists to laugh at when they start crying about losing, and I’ll be wearing a MAGA hat. I won’t start drinking much until Donald wins, because if he loses then I’m going to the garage to start reloading.
I plan on drinking wine to excess.
At home on FR! I dread turning on the tv that night.
I’ve been tuning in Next News Network on Youtube with Peter Franchi. I like his presentations. We dropped Cable TV sometime back and mostly watch Netflix and Youtube. I been able to catch loads of Trump speeches live streamed on Youtube. (Right Side Broadcasting is at every rally.)
I’ll so just what I did for the debates. Make a list of when and where various car shows are on and just flip around among fast n’ loud, overhaulin’, chasing classic cars, etc.
If Trump wins Florida I’ll stay up and watch all night.
If She-beast wins Florida...I’ll go to bed and cry myself to sleep.
Brother and I took the next day off; so we can either recover from our celebration OR get in line the next day for more boat ballast.
Drinking heavily. Or praying. Or more likely both.
My family has a long planned vacation for next week. Hope to be sitting on the beach watching the tide roll in.
Probably setting off fireworks and partying with some of the neighbors (all Trump supporters). Even the kids are into this election and want to talk politics. Never seen anything like it. While trick or treating, groups of kids would walk up to doors and chant Trump, Trump, Trump! Also walking down street chanting.
I’ll be watching with a well stocked beer fridge. Believe it or not I’ll be watching CNN. Their election night coverage is the best by far as they can and do drill down to the county and even city/town level. I will not be watching Megyn on FNC and their coverage is awful anyway.
The next day I’ll wisely be working from home.
Removing the cap from a bottle of ice cold Yuengling beer and toasting Trump’s victory. Only problem is I cannot find this beer in California.
