There it is folks: Lynch is working with the Clintons (and perhaps Obama) and Comey is trying to work with Congress. That needs to be shouted from the rafters. DOJ is turning Comey into perhaps the highest-ranking whistle-blower ever.

CNN reported Thursday afternoon that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New York has issued a subpoena for cell phones and other records belonging to Mr. Weiner, a former Democratic U.S. representative who looked destined to be New York mayor.
“The FBI and the New York Police Department have opened preliminary investigations,” CNN wrote, about charges that surfaced earlier this week in the Daily Mail.

The DOJ claims it is unethical of the DOJ or FBI to interfere with an election, and therefore Comey's letter should not have been released.
I think Comey is under tremendous pressure from within the FBI, by agents prepared to blow the lid on his obstruction of justice in light of this new information.
I don't see it as a constitutional crisis yet, but it will be when the executive branch claims executive privilege when Obama's name comes up in the email headers, and the DOJ acts in contempt of congress by denying a special prosecutor after it's revealed there are classified emails on Huma's computers.
I think they'll just try to delay any more developments until after the votes are cast. Sure there's a lot of damage but it's easier to bury it if she wins -- and they think she will because they have the media, and they've worked so hard to fix the election.
