My doctor complains about all the resources and time required to keep up with the new records requirements. And if someone up the line questions something it multiplies all that. Insurance is a problem because of government support and regulation of insurance. Medical insurance today is NOT insurance. It is a prepaid medical plan that increases costs because that is a whole nother layer of bureaucrats whose livings the consumer is providing. They are "private sector" but still have the instincts of bureaucrats and are bureaucrats.

Most of those who will get nailed with a tax penalty are those you hear exclaiming “I’m getting $300 back this year!” They think the government is giving them money. It excites the hell out of them.
