One employee identified only as Employee A, admitted to going to the bathroom to masturbate at work.
They asked me if I had behaved inappropriately in my cube hinting that they had found evidence of semen on my laptop, the employee said in his statement. I told them I did not masturbate in the cubicle but admitted that I had done so while sitting on the toilet in the mens room.
The employee was a geologist in EPAs Office of Air and Radiation. He earned $120,000 a year and received bonuses while spending an average of two to six hours per day watching porn on the job. He downloaded more than 7,000 pornographic files on an agency server.
The employee continued to be paid for nearly two years after he was caught watching porn. An agent with the EPAs inspector general caught the employee in September 2013, but the employee was not placed on paid leave until eight months later. He received paid leave for nearly a year, and retired in April 2015.
Another EPA employee was caught after a child saw him watching porn at work on Bring Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day.
How about this for diversity: fire everyone at EPA without regard to their race, sex or sexual orientation. Result: a diverse group of rightfully unemployed bureaucrats.

Once Trump is president, he will not be able to fire them unless they are political positions. However, I’m hoping he can transfer them to another state, or another agency - anything that the person will not like and then leave job.
That is exactly what it means....
If you think this is bad you should look at the department of defense. How many major commands and subordinate organizations are there just in the Army? Even agencies/orgs with a hundred people have a GS 14/15 “Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator”, plus an additional one each garrison (Army base), in the same pay band as these. I bet there are over a thousand of them on the Army payroll alone. I know of a dozen just on the Army base I work at; how many bases in the US? How many overseas? In addition to these positions, there are similar numbers of EEO directors, Substance Abuse Directors, Suicide Awareness counselors... we need to take a sword to all of this crap and let our federal agencies focus on their MISSION, if it’s constitutional, otherwise eliminate them.
Federal, state, and local governments should together employ a total of zero “diversity and inclusion specialists”. They should all be either fired or transferred to some work suited to their qualifications (such as janitor, if they are capable of being that productive).
Well, for anyone wondering what a thoroughly fraudulent Grievance Studies degree will get the graduate in terms of employment, this is it.
