Today is a PERFECT laboratory showing the truth of what you just said.

Yet do we see it ANYWHERE on network TV..? No.

While I can't conclusively state that a fact check disputes Hillary's assertion, it certainly does sound pretty darn racist, highly insensitive and macro aggressive to me.
