Just looked up the verbiage. It’s a TFR for “rocket launch activity” that is 5 miles in diameter and goes up 25,000. Unless we are planning a ballistic missile strike on a trees in Montana, I’m pretty sure this isn’t the first indicator of pending nuclear Armageddon I don't think that a silo-clearing launch of ICBMs would be preceded by an FAA advisory. Just a hunch.
