Still dark here, so can’t see the trees, but don’t hear the wind blowing like it was yesterday (weather says 7 mph now). I didn’t lose any electricity yesterday like Publius did (he’s north of Seattle and I’m east). It’s supposed to kick back up later this afternoon. From latest alert:

The wind and rain are blowing hard today here in Oregon.
My Aunt’s beach house in Manzanita was quite damaged. They have been unable to get there. The neighbors say the chimney has been ripped out and most the windows blown out. Every tree is down, one completely demolished their garage.
The house is less than a block from the beach and every year our family on my dad’s side has a reunion in Manzanita. This year we did not have it because of the death of my Uncle who owns the house.
Manzanita is the most quaint beach town you can imagine with beautiful picturesque ocean views.
Oregon just doesn’t get tornados. Extremely rare.

For those of you that might have missed it, Kirk Cameron was on F&F the other day. He is doing something called “Revive Us”. He is going to be in downtown Chicago next Tuesday, Oct 18th, and Dr. Ben Carson and others will be with him. They will be praying and doing discussions as part of a “family of faith”. Local theaters are supposed to show it (like a national town hall).

Morning nikos and all, “the rubber is meeting the road.” as the saying goes. The Clinton machine is in a “full court press.” I believe it will only enlighten the American people to just how corrupt the entire system is. Trump supporters are not going to be swayed, just made stronger.
The statement by the National Press Club yesterday;
“The National Press Club issued a statement condemning Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s “anti-press campaign” as “unacceptable and dangerous to our democracy.”
indicates to me the media is very concerned about the effect trump is having on their validity.
It is imperative that the RNC and Republican party get behind Trump 100% at this time.
Trump had an event at this same Toyota dealership on Jan 16.

There are soooooo many people out there, we all work with them, who barely have time to get their kids dressed, on the bus, then go to work, then come home etc. I’m amazed at the number of people whom I work with, who have NOT SEEN a Trump rally or even watched the debate.
I would like to think that the apathetic are in the democratic ranks, and they won’t vote this year, and that the others will go to vote, and in the silence of the moment NOT cast a vote for Hillary.
IT’s going to be a landslide victory for us. I can feel it. We just need a miracle in the coming days. A huge miracle to turn the tide.
So sorry to hear about your aunt’s beach house.
