This Zero Hedge article is based on a Sunday Times (UK) article that uses a "senior cabinet member" as a source. Unfortunately, most of the Sunday Times article is behind a paywall. This seems to be a bump up from articles a couple of days ago that used members of parliament as sources.

Anyway, no worries. Hillary has pledged to impose a no-fly zone over Syria should she be elected president. Such a move would obviously be meant to target Russia. That should calm things down.

Oh...wait. That would make things worse, much worse. Funny how no MSM commentator has noticed that.

I was hoping to get back to England before it became a smoldering, radioactive crater.

Pardon me if I have posted to this thread the same thing I posted on another.

Yo PM and MP, this is not a good idea.

And Andrew Mitchell is a special kind of stupid.

Well, if this is true, Syria needs to inform the British that the days of the British empire are over and any British aircraft caught flying within Syrian airspace will be requested to leave immediately. If the Brits do not comply, then Syria is within its rights to shoot the airplane down, either with an air-to-air missile or a missile fired from an S300 battery on the ground.

The same language the Turks used regarding Russian aircraft straying into Turkey.

The only foreign air force that is in Syria legally is the Russian one, having been invited by the Syrian government. Other foreign air forces have already been warned about the consequences of attacking Syrian military infrastructure
