Reporter admits Hillary's "seizure disorder" reason why flashes banned by Secret Service.
I don't know who the woman on the left might be. And, I don't think she realizes she just opened up Pandora's box on Hillary's health issues.

Surely, one of the four ladies needed her compact out to touch up her makeup. A few flashes from a mirror would have been a bit of payback.
A couple of my kids had a seizure disorder when they were young. Theirs was not labeled as epilepsy and they completely outgrew it. They were both on meds for a year or so.
Next public appearance, get a bunch of those super bright LED flashlights that go into strobe mode and fire away as she’s walking into the venue...

There's no context on the video clip, so I don't know who the people at the news desk might be, or even what TV station they are broadcasting.
It looks like someone had an OMG! moment, backed up the DVR, and then took the video with a cellphone.

I thought I saw a bunch of people taking photos with green disposable cameras after the debate. I assumed that phones were banned but they gave out those cameras. However, I can’t remember if they had flashes.
No,medical personnel never use the word "epilepsy".If a person suffers from a brain disorder which triggers seizures the disorder will be labeled a "seizure disorder".
