Late-breaking news forced her out of bed after her sleep drugs had already kicked in.
I strongly suspect that hillary is on a diurnal upper-downer cycle, with energy boosting drugs such as a corticosteroid such as methypredesolone during the day, and some kind of sleep drug like Lunesta to bring her down in the evening.
