We used to have a freeper who would verify this.
The Clintons lived right across the hall from him in the early 70s when they were nobodies.
He said it was far from unusual to see Hillary fall down between the elevator and the Clinton apartment door because she would be stinking drunk, and I assume dehydrated as well.
