I don’t see the arguments as being mutually exclusive.

And I have noticed that Dhimmi’crats don’t seem to care much about their politicians lying.

Now fence sitters could be swayed by one or both. And it is fairly obvious that the woman has serious long term health issues of some kind which by the way she is lying about.
