Yes, mom is having a tough time of all this, up and down, but she feels much better knowing there is no threat to his life. She was ambivalent at best, letting him go, but he's a young man and young men have a way of asserting independence.

He's under good care right now, no worries.

The Mexican food was outstanding. I think the restaurant has been in business for years, I'm a bit surprised at myself for not trying it sooner. I'll go back, for sure. It's a step up from "hole in the wall," huge portions, good ingredients, well prepared. Another customer there mentioned to me that any of the dishes with chorizo are to be tried, the meat is the real thing, not the usual knock off.

I mentioned before that the 49ers were playing the Seahawks here on 9/11. The crowd noise from the fans can be deafening! I suspect Colin K will get a feel for what the Seahawks fans think of him!
